• Our attorneys subpoena as much financial information on a debtor as they can get. We ask for tax returns, financial statement and credit applications.
• Our C.P.A.s review the debtor information to identify and locate hidden assets.
• Our lawyers use that information to grab those assets and turn them into cash for our clients.

There is no substitute for experience. We have turning debts into dollars since 1990. Over the years, we have developed an excellent reputation for our expertise, experience and our aggressive handling of commercial and collection matters.

In our experience, we have found that there are a number of good and reputable collection attorneys in Michigan. Many of our colleagues in this market are not only excellent attorneys, but are friends of ours as well. We have also found, unfortunately, there are even more attorneys in Michigan that hold themselves out as collection attorneys that simply do not have the experience and background necessary to aggressively and thoroughly pursue claims. These attorneys dabble in debt collection. As a result, their clients' claims are not worked as aggressively as they could be. We have recently encountered this problem in the case of Janowski v Jacobs. That judgment had been languishing into another attorneys' office for over four years without any money having been collected on it.
