Collecting Judgments Obtained By Other Attorneys And Law Firms.

Frequently, attorneys refer their clients for whom they have obtained judgments that the referring attorney could not collect. Two of the cases listed in our Major Case Successes page were judgments that had been forwarded to us as “uncollectible.” While these two cases are fairly large judgments, they only represent two out of a pool of “uncollectible” judgments that we have been able to collect over the years.
